In response to this suggestion In response to this recommendation, the Home Treatment Team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Miss Kelly's state mind and functioning. The evaluation included a detailed medical history and physical examination. The review also included a comprehensive psychological assessment, family therapy assessment and a psychiatric diagnose interview.
According to the report Miss Kelly was afflicted by a range of mental health issues, such as the borderline personality disorder such as bulimia, anorexia and bulimia. She was also victimized by her husband and was an addict to drugs. Her symptoms were worsened by stress, anxiety, and depression. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder and schizoaffective disorders.
Elayaperumal claims Medtronic has discriminated against him due to his race or national origin. He argues that his low performance review in June 2000 and the failure to grant him certain assignments for projects were motivated by national origin or racism animus. However, there is no evidence to suggest Medtronic's decision-making was based on these factors. Moreover, Elayaperumal's lower performance review did not result in any reduction in his pay or benefits, or even his the responsibilities he had.
